Yahoo acquired a new company, namely Cloud Party, a browser-based game creation engine.. According to a blog post signed by the Cloud Party team, the company will be joining Yahoo and its service will be shut down on February 21, 2014. It’s rather unclear what they’ll be doing over at Yahoo, but this is not the first purchase Yahoo makes in this area. In 2013, the company bought Loki Studios, a company that deals in mobile gaming, and PlayerScale, an online gaming firm..
